Most of our sessions are mixed gender, where our quiet and tolerant social space allows customers to come and go freely. Whether you're bringing friends or looking for downtime alone, we've created a space that is low-pressure, relaxing and comfortable.

We also offer single sex sessions throughout the week for customers who'd feel more comfortable with this option. It's still the same calm and casual sauna experience as a mixed session.

Friday nights feature a live DJ setting the tone. It's the same relaxed space but with a warmer, more communal feel. Chatting is welcome, the mood is easygoing, and you're free to unwind however suits you best.
